Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or customized items.
- Intimate wear such as boxers (due to hygiene concerns).
- Clearance or final sale items.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team with your order details.
- We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return authorization if applicable.
- Ship the product back to us at the provided address.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges

How to Request an Exchange

- We’ll confirm the availability of the requested item and provide further instructions.
- Ship the original item back to us, and we’ll dispatch the replacement upon receipt.
Exchange Shipping Costs
- If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
- For all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide a photo of the damaged or defective item for verification.
- We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
