Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Intimate wear such as boxers (due to hygiene concerns).
  • Clearance or final sale items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team with your order details.
  2. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return authorization if applicable.
  3. Ship the product back to us at the provided address.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

How to Request an Exchange

  3. Ship the original item back to us, and we’ll dispatch the replacement upon receipt.

Exchange Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
  • For all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide a photo of the damaged or defective item for verification.
  3. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
